(A) Killing of animal by the Jasonville Police Department will be a last effort of protecting another animal or person that is being attacked by an animal within the City of Jasonville.
(B) Any jasonville police agent that is placed in a situation will use his or her judgement if an animal must immediately be killed in the protection of another other person or animal.
