§ 90.04 PROPER CARE/HOUSING.
   (A)   Each domesticated animal shall have proper housing year around in accordance to the weather conditions, must be properly maintained with food and water.
   (B)   Kennels, pens, or place where animal is shall be kept suitable and clean and shall not become unreasonably unclean or unfit, and free of unreasonable foul odor.
   (C)   All domesticated animals shall have vaccinations in accordance to the laws of the State of Indiana.
   (D)   Any person found to not have proper or adequate housing, food, water, or acceptable living conditions will be fined a fee of $50 and will be given a time frame of three days to correct the existing condition. Fees shall be paid to the City of Jasonville Clerk Treasurer within 14 days of the fine. Any person not paying the fine within the 14 days will be turned over to the collection agent for the City of Jasonville.
