(A) Running at large: no person owning or having charge, care, custody, or control of any domesticated animal shall cause, permit, or allow a domesticated animal to intentionally run at large upon any street, sidewalk, alley, or public place within the City of Jasonville.
(B) No person owning or having charge, care, custody, or control of any domesticated animal shall cause, permit, or allow a domesticated animal to intentionally run at large upon the private property of another without permission of the property owner.
(C) Domesticated animals shall be confined on the owners property solely rather this be by chain, cable, invisible fence, fencing, leash/lead, or freely on said owners property and not allowing intentional roaming from the owners property.
