(A) This chapter shall apply only to the incorporated areas of Jasonville, Indiana.
(B) This chapter shall become in full force and effect from and after adoption by the Common Council and its publication in accordance with I.C. 5-3-1.
(C) Any violations of state law occurring prior to the effective date of this chapter shall not be exempted from enforcement.
(D) Each provision, section, subsection, sentence, clause and phrase of this chapter is declared to be independent of all other provisions, sections, subsections, sentences, clauses and phrases, and the finding of any section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase to be unconstitutional, void or ineffective for any reason shall not affect the remaining provisions, sections, sentences, clauses and phrases land parts thereof.
