(A) No part of this subchapter shall be construed as placing any restrictions on the use of or operation of electric personal assistive mobility devices.
(B) No part of this subchapter shall be construed as placing any restriction on the use of or operation of golf carts, riding mowers or ORVs by law enforcement agencies, fire departments, municipalities, or state agencies.
