§ 53.06 EXCLUDED ENTITIES.
   Trash and recycling collection shall not be made at business or commercial establishments and non-city governmental entities, including but not limited to county hospitals and schools. Such business and commercial establishments shall be responsible for making their own arrangements for trash collection.
