(A) Option service for collection and disposal of recycles shall be available to residential and multi-family dwelling units and mobile homes located and situated inside the corporate limits of the city pursuant to the following fee schedule:

(B) For those residential premises and all multi-family dwelling units and mobile homes located and situated inside the corporate limits of the city who choose to contract for the collection and disposal of recyclables, such collection by the city or the city's contractor shall occur once every other week (bi-weekly).
(C) Recyclables to be collected shall be placed in a separate 96 gallon tote provided by the city or its contractor and shall be picked up separately from household waste.
