§ 32.01 DEPARTMENTS ESTABLISHED.

   The following departments are hereby established in the city:

   (A)   Police Department;

   (B)   Police Reserves;

   (C)   Street Department;

   (D)   Sanitation Department;

   (E)   Water Department;

   (F)   Sewage Department;

   (G)   Volunteer Fire Department;

   (H)   Park and Recreation Department; and

   (I)   Development Department.
