The penalty for violation of this chapter may be levied at the amount of $50. Each day the mobile home, tiny home, camper or Amish cabin is in violation is a separate violation. The violating owner will be penalized at a cost of $50 per day until the structure is removed or otherwise brought into compliance with this chapter.
