Any person or entity that, after having been served with notice pursuant to this chapter and pursuant to I.C. 36-7-9, fails to complete the ordered repair, removal, or abatement within the time ordered by the Enforcement Authority shall be fined consistent with I.C. 36-7-9-28, which fine shall be in addition to any other costs and expenses for which the person or entity may be liable pursuant to this chapter and I.C. 36-7-9.
