§ 150.12 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The Housing Authority is hereby authorized to make, adopt, revise, and amend procedural rules and regulations as it deems necessary to administer the proposes of this chapter.
   (B)   The Housing Authority shall have the power to grant written waivers of any of the requirements contained in this code upon application by any owner or occupant or agent thereof.
