(A) Any public area, including any private property open to or frequented by the public, may be divided by the person in control of such area into smoking and non-smoking sections. Such division shall be noted by a physical division or signs which are apparent to a person located within such public area.
(B) No person who is located within an area designated as non-smoking shall smoke cigarettes, cigars, or pipes or any other substance.
