§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 110.15 shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $100 for each violation by him or her committed. Every day any such violation shall occur, shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 110.16 shall, upon conviction thereof be fined any sum not more than $25. Every day such violation shall occur shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person or persons, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 110.17 shall be fined in any sum not less than $10, nor more than $25 for each and every day the provisions of this section may be violated.
   (D)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates § 110.18 shall be subject to a civil penalty in a sum not less than the amount of the license which should have been acquired.
   (E)   Any person, partnership, corporation or other entity operating a taxicab in violation of §§ 110.35 through 110.39 shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $250 and not more than $2,500 for each violation in addition to any applicable fines, fees or penalties in conjunction with this or any other violation.
