Pursuant to I.C. Title 7.1, the city and the Common Council thereof hereby consents that liquor retailers permits may be issued to applicants otherwise duly qualified under this Act in respect to premises located within said city and that alcoholic beverages may be sold within said corporate limits of the city under the liquor retailers permits.
