§ 94.03 PAYMENT FOR DAMAGES TO STREETS.
   All vehicles having tracks, treads, or cleats damaging to the street surface shall pay for such damages, as approved by the Common Council. The Council shall have the authority to call in a third party to estimate such damages. Such third party shall be experienced in working with asphalt and street repair.
