§ 31.07 MEETING TIMES.
   (A)   The regular monthly meeting of the Common Council shall be the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
   (B)   The regular meeting of the Gas Utility Board will be held immediately preceding the regular Council meeting on the second Monday of each month.
