§ 91.35 ABATEMENT OF VIOLATION.
   If the owner of the real estate so served! does not abate the nuisance within five days after receipt of the notice, the city, by its employees, agents or contractors, may enter onto the real estate and abate the nuisance, keeping an accurate account of the expenses of the abatement.
