§ 91.04 FIREWORKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to discharge or explode or cause to be discharged or exploded on any of the streets, alleys, or any other public place within the corporate limits of the city, any Chinese firecrackers, bombs, or other fireworks of any description containing explosives.
