§ 91.03 LOUD VEHICLES.
   (A)   Vehicles with radios or other stereo entertainment equipment played with unnecessary volume are hereby declared to be disruptive to the peace of the community; disruptive to meetings and gatherings; disturbing to the citizens; a safety hazard that renders the driver of the vehicle or other nearby vehicles unable to hear emergency vehicle sirens or other warning devices; startling to pedestrians or other drivers; and causes unnecessary vibrations to the windows of houses and businesses, disturbing the persons inside the building.

   (B)   If the operator or owner of a vehicle has been issued two written warnings from the city police due to unnecessary noises or annoying vibrations, the third notification will consider the operator or owner of the vehicle to be willfully disturbing or allowing disturbance of the peace, disorderly conduct, and creating a public nuisance.
