(A) The city shall be governed by I.C. 36-4-6-5 instead of I.C. 36-4-6-4, and accordingly, the legislative body of the city shall be composed of four members elected from the districts established pursuant to I.C. 36-4-6-5(b) and one at-large member.
(B) If this chapter is later repealed, then I.C. 36-4-6-4 shall again apply to the city.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to forward a certified copy of this chapter to the Secretary of the county’s Election Board.
