SCHEDULE II. TRUCK REGULATIONS.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to unload any truck, tank, tank car, or other vehicle in the city limits containing gasoline, fuel, oil, or any other combustible petroleum products, which said vehicle shall have a tank capacity of or over 1,500 gallons, save and except that trucks or vehicles of larger tank capacity may deliver to such points, places, and locations in the city as are specifically designed for the wholesale redistribution of said products and which are properly located to safely separate their fire hazard from the city generally, and which are properly provided with protective devises and are approved by the State Fire Marshal.

      (2)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of division (A)(1) above shall, upon conviction, be fined in any sum not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each and every violation.

   (B)   (1)   It is unlawful to drive any truck of a gross weight in excess of 10,000 pounds on any street designated by ordinance and posted with such restrictions, except for the purpose of making a delivery, and then only for one block.
      (2)   All truck traffic be barred from driving on, along, and over South Washington Street from Main Street to Shanklin Street and Park Avenue from Shanklin Street to the city boundary.
      (3)   It is unlawful to drive any vehicle of a gross weight in excess of 10,000 pounds on any alley in the city limits, except for the following alleys or section(s) of alleys:
         (a)   The first east-and-west alley south of Main Street that runs east and west between South Washington Street and South East Washington Street.
         (b)   The first east-and-west alley north of Main Street that runs east and west between North Park Street and the railroad tracks that cross Main Street.
         (c)   The north-and-south alley that lies west of South Lawton Street and east of South Washington Street and runs from West Main Street to Cook Street.
         (d)   The north-and-south alley that lies west of North Meridian Street and east of North Lawton Street and runs between West Main Street and West Ohio Street.
      (4)   The weight limit specified in division (B)(3) above shall not apply, however, to the following:
         (a)   Utility vehicles used by water, gas, sewage, or electrical utilities;
         (b)   Vehicles used primarily for tree trimming services;
         (c)   Moving vans;
         (d)   Private passenger vehicles; and
         (e)   Any other exceptions as may be authorized by the Mayor or Common Council.

      (5)   Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law or division (B) above, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of division (B) above shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $500.
