SCHEDULE I. STOP SIGNS.

   (A)   (1)   Stop signs shall be placed at the following railroad crossing locations:

         (1)   East Shanklin Street;

         (2)   Locust Street;

         (3)   Sycamore Street;

         (4)   North Meridian Street;

         (5)   North Lawton Street;

         (6)   North Park Avenue; and

         (7)   Walnut Street.

      (2)   Violation of division (A)(1) above will be considered an infraction.

   (B)   Any person operating or driving an automobile or other motor vehicle or any other vehicle upon the streets of the city shall come to a complete stop at the intersection of the following streets, before continuing into or across Main Street in said city, to wit:

      (1)   At the intersection of Meridian and Main Street;

      (2)   At the intersection of Lawton and Main Street;

      (3)   At the intersection of Washington and Main Street;

      (4)   At the intersection of Park Avenue and Main Street; and

      (5)   At the intersection of South East Washington and Main Street.

   (C)   (1)   There shall be a four-way stop at the intersection of Sycamore Street and Walker Street for the purpose of eliminating possible traffic hazards.

      (2)   There shall be a four-way stop at the intersection of South Lawton Street and Cook Street for the purpose of eliminating possible traffic hazards.
