(A) Any railroad company or companies operating a railroad within said city who shall fail to keep and maintain such lights as hereinbefore provided or who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined and forfeit to said city the sum of $10 for each and every offense.
(B) Each night or part of a night that any such railroad company shall fail to provide such lights shall constitute a separate offense under the provisions of this chapter.
