§ 72.17 RESPONSIBLE PARTY DESIGNATED.
   The registered owner of a vehicle found in violation of this chapter shall be held prima facie responsible for any such violation and have the meanings as specified in the state’s Uniform Act Regulating Traffic on Highways, and shall apply to all drivers of vehicles and pedestrians.
