§ 71.16 SPEED LIMITS IN BUSINESS, RESIDENTIAL, AND SCHOOL DISTRICTS.

   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle along or upon any street or highway within the limits of the city at a greater speed than:

   (A)   Twenty-five mph in any business district of the city;

   (B)   Twenty-five mph in any residential district of the city;

   (C)   Twenty mph in the school district of the city which ranges from County Road 950 Worth to West Shanklin Street; and

   (D)   Fifteen mph in any park or alley within the city unless otherwise marked.
