§ 30.02 CLERK-TREASURER.
   (A)   Designation of Clerk-Treasurer. The City Clerk and City Fiscal Officer shall be the City Clerk-Treasurer.

   (B)   Term of office. The term of the Clerk-Treasurer is four years, beginning at noon on January 1, after his or her election and continuing until his or her successor is elected and qualified.

   (C)   Election. The Clerk-Treasurer shall be elected by the voters of the whole city.

   (D)   Powers and duties. The Clerk-Treasurer shall exercise the powers and duties as prescribed by state law.
