§ 30.01 MAYOR.
   (A)   Designation of Mayor. The chief executive officer of the city shall be the Mayor.

   (B)   Term of office. The term of office of the Mayor is four years, beginning at noon on January 1, after his or her election, and continuing until his or her successor is elected and qualified.

   (C)   Election. The Mayor shall be elected by voters of the whole city.
