Annexations and disannexations are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this chapter as fully as if the same were attached hereto and incorporated herein, and filed in the offices of the County Auditor and Recorder and in City Hall. Two copies of said references are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer for public inspection.
