All monies received as charges as services for the gas system shall be deposited in a bank account separate and distinct from the bank accounts in which other city funds are held. Said funds shall be administered and allocated in strict accordance with the provisions of Ord. 171 of said city, authorizing the issuance of $275,000 of natural gas revenue bonds of 1963.
