§ 50.37 DELAY DUE TO STRIKES AND THE LIKE.
   Neither the company nor the customer shall be held liable for any failure or delay in performing any of the things undertaken by it or him or her under any service contract in case such failure or delay is caused by strikes, acts of God, unavoidable accidents, or other contingencies beyond its or his or her control and in no manner due to any fault, neglect, or omission on its or his or her part.
