§ 50.27 RELEASE OF COMPANY FROM LIABILITY.
   The company shall not be liable for damages resulting to customer or to third persons from the presence of use of gas or of the company’s facilities on the customer’s premises, unless due to contributory negligence on the part of the company and without any contributory negligence on the part of the customer or such third party.
