§ 50.10 MAIN EXTENSIONS.
   Main extensions requested by property owners shall be made by the company and at the expense of the company when the estimated four-year revenue of the customers to be served by the extension equals or exceeds the estimated cost of the extension plus the cost of the service pipes and meters of the customers to be served.
