Unless otherwise specified in contract between the company and the customer, or by tariff on file, the gas supplied shall be measured by a meter or meters of standard manufacture, furnished and installed by the company on the premises with standards of the Public Service Commission as may be in force and effect from time to time, and the requirements of the company in force and effect from time to time.
