(A) The customer shall provide a place immediately adjacent to an outside wall of the premises, free of expense to the company, and satisfactory to the company for necessary meters and appurtenances. Such meters and appurtenances shall be furnished by the company.
(B) Gas shall be supplied only through meters, and the meters shall be read monthly by the city. A separate meter shall be required for each consumer and for each dwelling unit. Gas shall not be purchased for resale.
