§ 50.02 WRITTEN APPLICATION OR CONTRACT REQUIRED.
A written application or contract properly executed may be required from the customer before the company will be required to supply service; provided, however, that the company shall have the right to reject, for any valid reason, any application. In any case where unusual construction or equipment expense is necessary to furnish the service, the company may require a contract for such reasonable period of time as is specified by the company at the time of the making of such contract.
