§ A.1.7 LANDOWNER/DEVELOPER RESPONSIBILITIES.
   The landowner/developer is responsible for selecting the type of access to be provided for their subdivision. The classification of access will determine the party responsible for maintenance and the town's associated responsibilities, if any.
