(A) It shall be unlawful for any owner or custodian of any animal to permit same to run at large at any time upon streets or highways or properties other than his/her own property within the town. Such owner or custodian shall comply with the definition of RESTRAINT in § 90.01.
(B) It shall be unlawful to keep a dangerous dog in any manner not allowed under S.C. §§ 47-3-610 et seq.
(C) Every female dog in heat and every female cat in heat shall be confined in a building or secure enclosure so that the female dog cannot come into contact with a male dog, nor the female cat come into contact with a male cat.
