§ 51.001 SUBCHAPTER DESIGNATION AND AUTHORITY.
   This subchapter may be cited as the “Stormwater Management Utility Ordinance” and is adopted pursuant to S.C. Code §§ 5-7-30, 5-31-10 et seq., and 48-14-10 et seq., and S.C. Code Regulations 72-300 et seq.
