§ 30.42 TIME OF TAKING OFFICE.

Incumbents shall remain in office until newly elected officers are qualified to take office. Newly elected officers shall be qualified to take office on the Tuesday following an uncontested election. After the date any protest is finally determined, successors will take office the following Tuesday.
