§ 153.008 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

The standards of this chapter are minimum requirements. The issuance of any permit, certificate, or approval in accordance with the standards and requirements of this chapter shall not relieve the recipient of responsibility for complying with all other applicable requirements of any other town, state, or federal agency.
