§ 30.16 RULES OF ORDER; QUORUM.
   (A)   Robert’s Rules adopted. Unless otherwise provided by law or modified by these rules, the procedure of Council meetings shall be governed by Robert’s Rules of Order. The Council has an obligation to the citizens to be clear and simple in its procedures and in the consideration of the questions coming before it.
   (B)   Quorum. With the current Town Council membership, a quorum shall be three members. A simple majority shall be required to pass motions.
   (C)   Disclaimer. This adoption in no way obligates the town to enter into an agreement with any parliamentary organization or “Robert’s Rules of Order” businesses that may claim copyright and may offer rulings on procedural questions.
