(A) Purpose. This section is adopted to provide for adopting the planning elements necessary to adopt rules and regulations governing development, land use, building, improving, draining, clearing, protecting any structure or lot of land of property within the town limits.
(B) Comprehensive Plan elements. “The Town of James Island Comprehensive Plan” including the Land Use, Economic Development, Natural Resources, Cultural Resources, Population, Housing, Transportation, Community Facilities and Priority Investment Elements, attached to Ordinance 2015-07 as Attachment A, and as it may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as fully as if set out at length herein.
