Sec. 1.01. Name and boundaries.
   The City of Jackson, in the County of Jackson, and State of Minnesota, when this Charter takes effect, shall continue to be a municipal corporation, under the name and style of the City of Jackson, with the same boundaries as now are or hereafter may be established.
