A Municipal Housing and Redevelopment Authority composed of 5 members is perpetuated as heretofore established by resolution adopted pursuant to M.S. Chapters 462A through 462C as they may be amended from time to time. Each member shall hereafter be appointed for a term of 5 years, 1 member retiring each year. Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter to the contrary, all duties, powers and other provisions set forth in M.S. Chapters 462A through 462C, as they may be amended from time to time, shall apply to the Housing Authority.
