It is unlawful for the owner of any premise to place, locate, or maintain, or to allow to be placed, located or maintained, on the premise any conex box except when permitted pursuant to an interim use permit issued by the City and to § 153.037(E)(4). As one of the conditions of the interim use permit, the City may require that the conex box be screened in such a manner as to block its view from adjacent and nearby tracts, streets, and highways.
