§ 153.144 RELOCATED STRUCTURE.
   (A)   A moving permit and a building permit shall be obtained from the city before any building or structure that is more than 120 square feet in floor area and has been wholly or partially erected on any premises, located either within or outside of the city, is moved to or placed upon any premise in the city.
   (B)   The applicant shall submit the following with the permit application:
      (1)   Photographs of the structure to be moved (taken from 2 or more angles), of the lot to which the structure is to be moved, and of adjacent lots and structures;
      (2)   A site plan; and
      (3)   A list of proposed improvements to the structure.
   (C)   Any such building or structure shall conform to all the provisions of this chapter in the same manner as a new building or structure. (See § 150.06 for general and special requirements applicable to moving any structure on a street or highway.)
