Except in the Central Business (“CB”) District, all signs, plantings, landscape material, fence, screening material, and other material in a site distance triangle shall be located and maintained so as not to obstruct the vision of motor vehicle operators. SITE DISTANCE TRIANGLE is the area between the point of intersection of the right-of-way lines of public streets and a straight line connecting points on the right- of-way lines 30 feet from the point of intersection.
