Screening shall also be provided where privately owned mechanical operating equipment is located on the ground of the premises, the screening shall be constructed and located so as to prevent direct view of the equipment. Mechanical operating equipment shall include all exterior devices used to service the building or its occupants, including but not limited to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, communications (including telephone and dish antennae) and storage tanks.
