Screening of at least 60% opacity shall be required where:
(A) Any business or industrial use is adjacent to any zoned residential, along the boundary of any such residential lot;
(B) Any business, parking lot or industrial use is across the street from a residential district, but not on that side of a business or industrial use considered to be the front;
(C) Any non-residential use in residential districts by conditional use permit or PUD, such as schools, houses of worship, day care facilities over 10, residential facilities over 6, or public uses other than parks, adjoins any single or two family residential lot.
