§ 153.130 HEIGHT OF FENCES AND WALLS IN SIDE AND REAR YARDS.
   Fences and walls in side or rear yards may not exceed 6.5 feet in height in all residential districts nor 8 feet in business and industrial districts or between residential and business or industrial districts.
